Ordered Nachos to-go but decided to have a few bites on site..... Got awfully oil soaked chips, which I threw out. Staff huddled... when I showed them my order and decided someone else had snuck what should have been throwaway chips into my Togo order. Theyreplaced my chips. Read more

First time trying this location. Because it's local. Been to several other locations in the area for burritos and Mexican food.... Have to say food is okay but when it comes to flavor and good salsas they just don't have it. Plus the chips and salsa you haveto pay for above and beyond your meal. There are several locations in the area that have better flavor and you are payingprobably $5 less if you add the chips salsa items to your meal. Read more

I love their fresh ingredients and variety of Salsas. They make the best fish tacos!

Never eat at a place that has a bald Rico Suave cooking your food. Small portions at inflated prices. $6 for 4oz guacamole and... over $9 for sad a order of taquitos. The salsa bar wasn?t available. The cashier didn?t know much when asked any questions aboutthe food. Read more

We have ordered from Lulu's occasionally during the pandemic and been satisfied. Our general practice is to use the online... ordering directly linked from the restaurant website or order by phone as we understand this maximizes revenue for therestaurant vs. using one of the popular online ordering apps. However this evening we were unable to order using either method. The website we were referred to generated errors and later reported the restaurant was not accepting online orders. When wecalled the restaurant no one picked up the phone. After the management's response, we ordered about a week later and had noissues. We can definitely understand that businesses have staffing shortages. Read more

Overpriced. Low quality. And not great service from the staff. We ordered enchiladas and burritos. The enchilada plate could... have come from a Swanson's TV dinner. Then it had this salad with this vinaigrette on it that leeched down into the enchiladas.Ruined the dish. The rice and beans were not bad. But at a cost of what would be about three times the amount to go to tacoBell, taco Bell would have been 10 times better! This is not the worst Mexican restaurant that I've ever been to but there arejust so many others that are better anywhere else at half the cost. Read more

They were extremely nice and very friendly and the salads were big and good for the large size, but they had some technical... difficulties with the iPad and were unable to charge my card properly. As a result, they had to write it down which is unsafeand made my friends and I wait awhile. But the food was good! Read more
