Very rude customer service. Did not get help for 15min, the bar lady ignored me the whole time. I was told to go to the bar to... pick up my order by the same lady, then proceed to stop me and telling me i should not have done that. Gave me a hand gestureand very condescending. Read more

Sorry it's not the same Shiki. Use to go to Shiki twice a mo. since 2003. Service got awful over last few years. Number of times... items would be missing from a pickup order. When called the best they would offer is for me to go back and pick it up. Noapology, no refund, no compensation of any kind! Last time I asked to speak with a manager. Kid on a phone told me that manageris buzzy and would call me back. Of cause he didn't! Read more

A favorite spot in San Carlos. The outdoor patio is great to people watch and enjoy the California weather while you dine. I... love their selection of rolls. Oishi roll and seaweed salad with a light Riesling were perfect on a balmy evening. Read more

Absolutely loved it! They have great outdoor dining and delicious California rolls. Also, if it’s your birthday they provide... you with a small mango ice cream or other dessert for free! They are quite crowded but safer than other restaurants in SanCarlos as they are farther away from the main strip. Read more

We were party of 5 on Sunday lunch. Sat down promptly near by the window. Loved the restaurant’s atmosphere, interior space,... food, drinks and the service by Jesica and Ratish. We had three big hot sake and two apple juice. We started with potstickerswhich they call gyoza or something. They were really good so we ordered 2 more plates. We had house salad, pretty good. Weordered two ramen with pork that was just so good. Haven’t had that kind of ramen for long time. We had jalapeño Sushi whichwas pretty good as well. Came here for my girlfriend's company dinner. We were seated in a private area. The service was excellent, sake was plentiful... and the food never stopped coming. The finale was a whole fish sashimi that was both beautifully presented and absolutelydelicious! Given the excellent quality of the food with the large party, I have no doubt their food will be great for a smallparty. I will definitely be coming back in the future to try their other dishes!
