I got a promo code for 4 free tacos from the San Jose Sharks promotion (4 goals, 4 tacos). This location did not honor the... promotion at the drive thru window and told me I needed to make an app order to receive the free promo. So i circled out of thedrive thru, parked, downloaded the app, and spent 20 minutes trying and couldn't find how to enter a code for free tacos. It'scrazy to me that they couldn't just check input the promo code at their register. I gave up and left. The employees didn't knowanything about the promo, despite the location being listed as a participating store. They were polite, but not helpful. Sodon't trust Taco Bell promotions, or at least not at this location. Read more

The manager is great! He does a great job making sure all customers get served and in a timely matter.
Dining room was spotless especially the area I sat in. Counter help was excellent as the same person who helped me did the... drivethrus as well. Very smooth running. I like going to this TB. Mahalo. Read more
Walk in orders are lowest priority. Either use drive through if you're in a car or do a mobile order. Also Mexican pizza has... been dead since they 86ed the green onions. Read more
Nacho fries are BACK! Went there on a whim after spotting the place while bike riding along El Camino Real. Clean restaurant... with quick service. Bathroom is secured, so you must ask permission to use. Several power outlets are available to charge youre-bike too (ask first of course). Great find here! Read more
This tacobell in San Carlos is always accurate with the order although my orders are hard to get wrong. The on screen display... at the drive thru shows what you are ordering as you order it. The staff does have good customer service and they seal the bagfor you. I have been to other taco bell locations but this one seems to outperform others so they get my repeat business.
