This was my first experience with The Sandwich Spot, and it will be my last. The place is quaint and clean, and the service was... prompt. The menu is clever, reminiscent of other local sandwich restaurants like Prima Deli or Lou?s. However, the quality ofthe service was terrible to say the least. I was ?greeted? by the young man at the counter with a blank stare, a long, sourface, and I perceived there to be the expectation to rattle off my order as if I?d been a patron for decades. I most definitelydidn?t feel welcome then, and not welcomed to return. I felt as if I was inconveniencing them by giving them my business. As formy sandwich, it wasn?t bad, but it wasn?t good either.
