Today I ordered for the first time ever and was shocked to pay 20.23 for a coke and salad. In all honesty, I have had better... salads and customer service from lower end restaurants and at a much more reasonable cost. I am giving 2 ???? to the young ladythat helped me by preparing my order because she was very nice unlike the owner of this establishment. The chicken was dry andscarce, (maybe that was a good thing). I was going to let that one slip until I had to call and ended up speaking with theowner. I've worked customer service a great majority of my life so that comes with knowing that if I have a loyalty program formy customers, I must " ask " them if they would like to sign up and not just "assume " they do because they trusted me withtheir phone number. I received a message telling me that I have been awarded my 1st point for joining the loyalty program towhich I had no idea I signed up for. I gave my phone number because a lot of restaurants these days ask you for it to contactyou in regards to your orders, wait times, etc. I had no idea that it was going to be used to sign me up for something I didn'tokay. My mistake was not asking why she wanted it her mistake was not informing me what it was going to be used for. I figuredit would be an easy fix and no, I was wrong. The link sent to me read that if I wanted to cancel my loyalty program, I wouldhave to contact the toss in San Carlos and so that is what I did. I asked if they could please delete me from the loyaltyprogram and that is when the lady said that she would "try" but couldn't assure me that she could. I then said, well, I neverwas offered to sign up for it or informed that this is why you wanted my phone number to which she replied, rudely, I'm theowner, I, you gave your phone number, 'I'll see what I can do. Very disappointed in my sandwich. I ordered the BBQ Chicken sandwich which was supposed to come with ?southwestern coleslaw.?... There was maybe 3 shreds of purple cabbage and that was it. Hardly any chicken, 3 or 4 little bacon bits, and tons of sauce. Thesalads are out of the world and I think I?ll stick to ordering salads from now on. Read more
Fresh, fast & yummy. You can choose to design your own salad or you go for either a house designed salad or a warm bowl.... Whatever you choose you can't choose wrong here. Food can be eaten inside, outside or just go for takeaway. Please "LIKE" ifthis review was helpful for you. Read more
Absolutely delicious salads that can be customized to suit your tastes. I ordered the Mayan salad but personalized it to have... spinach and mushrooms instead of pineapple and romaine lettuce. The cilantro lime dressing was delicious and we paired it with aspendrift sparkling water drink and a focaccia bread. The customer service was excellent as well, and they gave us to gocontainers as well. Read more
I?ve ordered from this place twice, and while the salads have been decent, the order has been wrong both times. The first time I... got a completely different salad, but I figured mistakes happen and ate it. This time I ordered avocado, cilantro lime dressing(and even paid extra for extra dressing) and they gave me some spicy red dressing, which I am not interested in. For a $20salad, I expect more.
