First visit to Wingstop, I dined in. I didn't get the bone-in chicken wings and just wasn't overly impressed with the quality... of the meat. I tried three of the sauces. Some were flavorful but nothing extraordinary. A lot of people rave about Wingstopso I was looking forward to a great experience. It was a meal, but nothing special. The person at the counter had somecommunication issues and had difficulties during the ordering process. While it's certainly a step up from McDonald's, it'sfast food none the less. The staff and manager at this location are incredibly professional and nice! On a crazy Monday they kept a smile on their faces... as I placed a ridiculously large order for a very high maintenance group! I will be back to support them! Read more
A while back ago I ordered food to get delivered. After an hour (which I was told was the wait time), I called to see why my... food wasn?t delivered and they said they didn?t have drivers. I was upset that they couldn?t bother to call or email me that sothat I wouldn?t be waiting so long so I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. They said I would get a refund in a severaldays but it?s now been over a month and no refund. I?m very disappointed. Read more
Interestingly, their Original Recipe wings are pretty bad, and I say this as someone who really loves buffalo wings. They're all... vinegar and heat and no flavor whatsoever. That said, their other stuff is pretty good. The lemon pepper wings are good and thefries are actually killer for some reason. Read more
Terrible experience. They're supposed to close at 1am, I called in twice around 10:15ish pm, no one answered the phone. I drove... there and walked in around 10:45 and was greeted with a frown by Jose. He immediately informed they were not taking orders. Itold him my order was just for a 6 piece combo. He raised his voice and told me once again that they were closed and couldn'ttake my order. He muttered an expletive to me and then said something to his fellow coworker. It is unbelievable to employsomeone like that. Even though my family and I have closer locations, we have came here for years since we love this locationthe most. That's the last time I set foot in there knowing they have employees like Jose working there. Don?t call in to order. Order online instead. When I called in Jennifer took my order and said 3 minutes so I thought it was... going to be ready in 3 minutes. When I got there I realized she didn?t even put my order in so I had to reorder and wait a longtime. She was rude about it. She was mumbling so I could barely understand what she was saying. First time ever going to wing stop and it was alright. Customer service was alright maybe the guy was tired or something because... I could barely hear him. The regular fries I got we?re very yummy and tasty. But I have to admit the wings were okay too it hada lot of meant compared to other places I?ve gone too. The Spicy Korean Q wasn?t even spicy and I also got the Garlic Parmesanwings. They were all with bone in. I have to admit I?m going back since it was my first time. I will be trying other flavors butthis time boneless. I was bummed they were out of my favorite soda Fanta Orange.
