This is very much a classic diner the food is quick to arrive delicious and well prepared and almost so beautiful to look at but... you feel bad eating it? You stop feeling bad after the first bite then you start to feel wonderful thinking that there?s nopossible way you could ever put an end to this joy. I ordered the cheeseburger with fries and let me tell you each bite welcomethe next they have wonderful parking outdoor dining and like I said before a classic feel. Veggie omelet was the bomb!!! Absolutely loved it. Chili Verde had so much flavor, also delicious. For being as busy as they... were at 9:30am they still took care of us and kept our coffe cups filled. Excellent service and great food. Read more
While making an annual getaway to San Clemente two years ago, we got a tip from hotel staff to try Sunrise Cafe for breakfast.... It was such a perfect recommendation that we hastened back the following year to order the same delicious breakfast tacos andfound the same waitress, Holly, who is such a delight! And here we are for our third year and so glad to get the opportunity toenjoy a scrumptious breakfast tacos and hash browns before heading back home. Try the French toast too! Terrible service! We wait 45 min for our food. The waitress apologized 4 times and even told us that they were so behind with... the orders. Was in the mood for huevos rancheros and found this local cafe that still serves breakfast in the afternoon. They have tables... both inside and outside and I was able to get seated right away. Service was very fast and friendly and the portion size wasgreat. I love that they didn?t skip on the ranchero sauce so I had enough left over to take home for another meal. It came witha side of hash browns and corn tortillas and I added a side of avocado. Read more
Great local cafe with a variety of menu options. I have only tried their various breakfast options so I plan on returning to try... some of their other items. Service has always been fast and friendly and it?s pretty easy to get seated immediately. On my lastvisit I tried the Juan?s burrito which included eggs, sausage, beans, and cheese then topped with an enchilada sauce, olives andavocado. It also came with a side of hash browns.
