It's really gone downhill, every time i order now i get tiny portions made very poorly. They ball up the cheese in burritos so... its a sphere of sadness with hardly any meat or beans. The service has gotten pretty terrible as well, you can no longer justgrab your to go order and peace, you have to wait for an employee to feel like helping you, and far more often than not theyjust ignore you as you stand there, waiting. If you do get acknowledged, they will prep your food then leave it on the counterbehind them and forget about you for 20+ minutes- i think they started hiring goldfish disguised as people this year. This is a favorite quick lunch spot of mine in San Clemente. It is close to the freeway for easy access if you are passing... through. I can always count on chipotle for consistent food quality. My favorite thing to get is a veggie salad. The servingsare so big that I get an extra guacamole on the side and share it with my daughter. Had a good quick lunch here. The food is tasty and ready when you arrive. The staff at this location is great. My burrito bowl... didn?t have enough chicken in it and they added more without an upcharge. It was a beautiful day and my kids had burgers nextdoor, so we all just chilled outside and soaked up the rays together. I will definitely go back to this location. Read more
This place is like every other Chipotle. It has decent food, sticky tables, and usually adverse effects after eating it.
Good fresh Mexican food, and all organic! A really good place to get a couple of tacos, burritos, and their bowls are great!
