I am so impressed with the above and beyond customer service at this Domino?s!! The guys working here are so kind and friendly... and went out of their way to make the pizza I forgot to order for my kids? special lunch at school, as quickly as I needed itand it was perfect!!!! They cut it Party style and were so helpful and the kids all loved the pizza saying of course, Domino?sis their favorite!! But I truly appreciate the people who work here for their extra efforts to make it extra special. Read more

Why have a delivery status if it isn't accurate?! I was told "oh it's always showing a early status, your order will be a few... minutes" - even though it said delivered (40 mins after order). Still nothing! ORDER FROM SAN CLEMENTE PIZZA CO! Read more

Terrible customer service, pizza was left at the front sidewalk driver claimed a dog barked at him so he had to leave it without... letting anyone know after an hour wait. The dogs are statue's they are not real dogs. Read more
I've never really had any bad experiences with Customer Service, the Pizza is usually pretty good. Overall a really solid choice... to order from. 4 stars because consistency for me has been the same every time but sometimes the pizza might be a littleunpleasant for the missing star. You know how fast food can be. Read more
The phone's customer service was good, patience, and helpful for a firstime order, like me. But since I didn't mentioned... condiments, customer service didn't care to ask, that why (1)only 3 stars, (2) the pizza arrive with no hot bag like thecommercial(cold pizza), (3) open the box, it seem likes the driver carelessly carried the product. Good place with good pizza. About what you?d expect for any dominos! Typically pretty fast and the staff are always friendly.... Had a couple of issues with orders every now and then, but just minor things that aren?t a bother (sauce not in box, etc.). Read more
