Working long hours and having very limited places to eat due to driving a semi this is my usual stop to get something to eat. I... stoped today on 11/13/22 at 11pm to find out only the drive was open. I proceeded to the drive through window and asked if Icould order through the drive-through window and right before I could explain that im in a semi truck he cut me off and saidonly drive thru is open that I had to drive around right before closing the window on me. I waved him down hoping if I get toexplain myself he will let me order so once he opened the window again I told him im in a semi truck that if its possible toorder through the window and he told me it wasn?t his problem and he didn?t care. I asked for his name and he told me his namewas Memo. He?s a short Hispanic guy. I definitely won?t be coming to this location ever again. You guys need to get rid of him ,his attitude is bad for business. Read more
First Jack in the Box experience! And probably the last one. Place is run down, burger looked not fresh (see pictures), and... chicken on the burger tasted moist, tasteless and old. It wasn't expensive, but then what you get for is is still not a goodvalue. Read more
Well I am not sure if they were closed today for a particular reason or not but I happen to stop by around 12:15 am on 11/03/22... using google showing my wife and I that they were open and we pulled up to the drive through and it was taped off like a crimescene but there were cars in the parking lot but we could not see anyone around the restaurant so I waited for a few minutes tosee if someone was there or not but It seemed like no body was there and I double checked to see if I was mistaken that theywere a 24/7 restaurant and yes they are , just wondering what happened and why they didn?t post something to let people knowthat they were closed because we were kinda tired and hungry and had to settle for 7/11fast food which I wasn?t to excited toget but we did anyway and hope that we don?t regret it in the morning if you know what I mean!!. I've been to many J in Box and am a regular customer but this was the absolute worst store I've ever been in. I will never... return. Men's restroom was so disgusting i won't even write what I saw. I informed the manager who seemed beleagured with otherissues. I had ordered and paid for a breakfast jack but walked out without it because the place was just so dirty. I was alsoconcerned that there was a main entrance with three exit doors but the exit doors were ALL blocked with chairs. You could onlygo in and out the entrance door. Is this fire code violation?? I have a thousand complaints. We go to Jack in the Box for fast quality grub. Be ready to sit in the drive through for 45... minutes and still have food items missing. We're missing our tacos, ketchup, straws, a receipt, and they refused to give us anysauces for my chicken strips. Who in their right minds eats dry chicken strips. The infrastructure is also horrible. The Drivethrough snakes around the parking lot so people are bound to be stuck in the slots. Good day ???????? Read more
I went in to order and let my 4 year old son use the potty. I walked in and everything was locked off with tape and bar stools... and tables. You could not move from the lobby. I asked the lady at the register if my son could use the restroom before weordered. Before she could answer a tall dark gentleman behind her literally screamed "NOOOO!!" at me. I stood there shocked fora moment contemplating how to respond. I simply said okay thank you and turned around and left. I did not stay to order foodobviously. Which after smelling the facility when I walked in I probably wouldn't have ordered food anyway because it smelledlike feces. I do not recommend stopping here for any reason. This is the worst customer service and fast food facility I haveyet encountered. What a disgusting and humiliating experience. Read more
