Ordered the family meal (as we have multiple other times), but this evening I was very disappointed to find smaller containers... for the General orange chicken entree and 1 side of fried rice! Paying extra for the side and less of one entree was not enoughfor the family as it had been multiple times before. Also the fortune cookies were not the advertised chocolate covered ones sothat was an additional disappointment! Last time we are ordering from here! Ordered dinner on grub hub app. Waited 30 minutes, drove to restaurant. Manager told us they get grub hub orders 30-120... minutes after customer places their order. Asked me to wait 30 additional minutes for my order. What???Unacceptable. Will notbe back. Read more

2/22/2020 Review I wanted to circle back and write an update as they have been making some improvements, both in renovation and... with their service. I probably should pay attention to the manager's names more closely so I can give credit where credit isdue, but I have to say that the overall experience the last 3 times I've been have been much better. 8/11/2019 Review Thisplace is going downhill! My wife and I pull up at 8:35 and see that the chairs are on the tables like they've closed. We decideto go in beacause they advertise they are open until 9. A female latino worker informs us that they are really busy and that ifwe do order we wont get the food for 35 minutes. We tell her it's not even 8:40 yet. She agrees and says if we do have to orderthat we have to take it to go. The only place I'm going is another restaurant that actually is open until the time they say theyare. Hoping corporate might feel that their valued customers and the service they offer matters more than the employee gettingout early. Not sure I'll be going back. Read more
Ordered through doordash, unfortunately doordash no longer allowed me to order from the ladera store and this store was... assigned. The chow mein looked and tasted so bad, so different from all the other pick up sticks I've been to. Yellow-y colorinstead of the brown ish color with the sauce that's supposed to have. The vegetables that I ordered with the bourbon chickenwere completely raw. The water chestnuts tasted like they were VERY old -plain gross and I hope I don't get sick- The chickenwas a decent portion but most of it was burnt and some pieces tasted like they needed more cooking so we just stopped eating thefood.
