Ten cars polluting the air waiting for a simple cup of COFFEE. Starbucks should be ashamed!
Hate doing this because I love STARBUCKS. But they had nothing available and not even a ?I?m sorry? or ?unfortunately ? more... like a sarcastic smirk like ?we don?t have that either? with an ?get out of my line? attitude. We felt dumb for wanting atypical Starbucks drink ? like going to Mc Donald?s and the cashier making you feel dumb for wanting a Big Mac. Great Starbucks. Helpful staff. Quick service. The drinks are always made well. The food has been consistently good. There's... typically a lot of kids hanging around here in the afternoons and on the weekends. Outdoor seating is decent. Indoor seating isdecent. Lots of people coming in for mobile orders. Not a great environment if you're looking to work remotely for the daybecause it's louder and busier and less work style seating than some Starbucks. Read more
Went during a very busy time and they provided good service relatively quickly given the line.
If u visiting San Juan Capistrano this location don?t have a drive tru but the service is fast and friendly?
