Sign says open, online says open and doors are locked. I placed an online order for pick up. This is so frustrating.

Most unbelievable service ever! This guy was extremely rude the moment we walked in named Rafael which I made sure to say he was... being rude to us. He seemed to be annoyed bc I would speak Spanish to my mother for her order and translating (he knew Spanishbtw) also got upset bc we pointed out the MOLDY TOMATOE threw our cash on the counter and as we walk out says ?learn to speakEnglish?. Everyone seems to have the same problem with this guy PLEASE contact head quarters and complain it only takes 2mins He is a chubby bald headed sad person who hates his job. Read more

ABSOLUTELY disrespectful service. Trying to up charge me at any opportunity. Treated me differently for having a coupon. The old... male employee repetitively shouting ?coupon fixed price coupon, we got a coupon here!? then proceeded to treat my sandwich withsuch a level of negligence I was grossed out... seriously this location is a sorry excuse of a Subway. Go to a differentlocation don?t waste your time and money at this gimmick. I AM LIVID RIGHT NOW. The strange female manager tried to charge mefor extra meat after being shorted on my single serving of meat. THIS LOCATION SUCKS. DO NO COME HERE. The employees were extremely rude and sarcastic at times. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOLE IN THE WALL!! THERE ARE BETTER SUBWAYS NEARBY... !! This was sadly the nastiest subway I have had in a while. Stay away from here the meat was luke warm and so was the service. I... was asked multiple times if I wanted a ????. Do I look like Santa Clause. All I wanted was my sandwich thanks but no thanks. Idon't know if it's my luck but gross restaurants always catch me on my way to work. Very poor customer service here! STEAR CLEAR OF THIS SUBWAY IF YOU CAN! It's just not worth it! From the time we walked in we... were greeted by, "It's going to be a while because I'm here alone." He seemed very irritated and agitated. Then he proceededto tell my group that we could only use one coupon even though we were separate payers in separate cars. Then when we askedwhy, he said that's our policy speak to the owner if you want. We debated with him until he agreed to allow our two parties touse a coupon each. He was agitated the whole time and I don't know if it was adrenaline or drugs that made him appear so angryand shaking. He was slamming the food around and even knocked his knife to the other side of the bar he was working on. Thisseemed to surprise him because he slowed down a bit after that. I recieved brown avacado in my sandwich but he did not give usthe discount on the coupon, he acted like he did and when we got the receipt we inquired as to why we didn't get the discount. He said he would try and fix it then said his machine did not have a code for the coupon that came out last week.... buy onefootlong get one for 99 cents with a drink. He was not just rude but angry and if we had not driven so far we would have justleft. Read more
