A pleasant courtyard and traditional Lebanese dishes. Generous flavors without relying on excess salt. As of Sept 2022, the... prices seemed a bit steep to stomach for a casual meal. Overall a nice experience. Read more

Really good food, decent portions and prices! The beef dolma is the best. The pita is fresh. Will definitely come back again.

Delightful food and service. Highly recommend. Pleasant outdoor seating area. We ordered the non-vegetarian platter. It is good... enough for 3-4 people to share. They replaced the beef items (2 of them) with shrimp and chicken based on our request.Everything was delicious, especially the shawarma, the dips, hummus, baba ghanoush and kabab. The falafel was okay, I have hadbetter. Overall a very pleasant experience. Read more

Excellent service for our party of 12. We ordered an assortment of appetizers and main dishes; presentation and taste were... superb. The juicy grilled chicken was my favorite. Our server Jake was so attentive and quick to get us everything we asked for. Read more

I?ve been coming here for years and have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. It?s a family business and I get along well... with each generation. There are a lot of great menu items, including the dolma, garlic spread, hummus, Greek chicken salad, andthe pizzas. I?m surprised by the negative reviews that say the portions are small and the service is slow. I?ve honestly neverwitnessed slow service here before ? it always appears as if the wait staff is attending to customers in a timely manner. Theportions are actually quite large for a number of dishes. A full Greek chicken salad or a pizza, for example, are dishes thatare both difficult to finish in one sitting. I have no complaints and only the utmost respect for this hardworking family whomake consistently great dishes. Read more

Overall, I would love to rate higher this restaurant but it is hard to do sadly. This is due to quality, price, and... service. Starting with the service which was very slow and we were left wondering if we needed to close the dictionary menu totrigger the ordering of food. Large menu's are baffling due to ether being the best at everything or just being okay or worsewith everything. A smaller menu with what you do the best would help! The best thing in the restaurant was the Baba Ghanouj 4/5stars. The Chicken Biryani was interesting we can we have never had one quite like it before! The vegetable seemed as if theycame from a can of assorted vegetables and seemed out of place since they were sprinkled in. No, basmati rice could be found aswell which is new and also confusing! One of my favorite dishes to eat is Ouzi Lamb, but it was quite disappointing from thisrestaurant. The ouzi rice was okay which left the lamb very dry. The tzatziki would have been better with a plain yogurtinstead. In closing this rates lower then many of the same kind of restaurant in the area and in San Diego with there highprices and poor quality it is astounding. You have full price salads at 16-17 dollars, but a half salad is 13.50! Hummus, BabaGhanouj, and all other sauce have a half and full price which is odd the and why? 7 dollars for half or 9.50 for a full order. This is much higher then other restaurant considering that there is one size at a lower cost for better quality! The price ofentrees is just leaves me flabbergasted, but you get a choice of salad, lentil soup, or French fries. Prices from 25 to 36dollars. Update September 19th 2021: I am going back through all my reviews of restaurants to be more stringent and to competemy due diligence of each. I have set forth three rules that all restaurant will need to follow to get a three star rating. Thethree rules for restaurants is the keep it fresh, keep it clean, and keep it simple! Getting a four or five sta Read more

The reason i am giving this place a 2-stars is because the food is expensive for the size of the dish and quality of the food.... Chicken kebab plate was $25 for 2 skewers of chicken. Ordered birayani chicken instead, $17 and it was tasteless and dry. Thelamb dish costs $18 and the same thing, very dry. Comparing to other Lebanese/ Mediterranean restaurant like Alforon, this placeis over-rated. Not worth it. If you want good quality food, go to Alforon. If we've never been to Alforon, i would have giventhis restaurant a 3-stars, but thats about it. Read more
