Amplified Ale Works is conveniently located near where we’re staying for the weekend. I’m grateful for that because it’s a... restaurant experience I could have missed otherwise. I ordered the salmon and chicken skewer dinner. The entree was served withsalad, rice and a side. I selected the fried Parmesan zucchini. I did good with that selection and so did they! The skewerswere grilled to perfection. The outside was nicely charcoaled and the chicken and salmon were cooked fully and tender with awonderful marinade. Amplified knows how to work a grill! The salad dressing added a flavorful touch without being overpowering.The apple pieces were a refreshing touch. Our server, Alfredo, was pleasantly attentive, professional and had a delightfulsense of humor. For each of these reasons, I will be back. Possibly for breakfast. ???? Read more

Amplified is one of my favorite places in PB. They have great food, good tunes, and great brews on draft. I love their rice bowl... and parmesan zucchini bites. Their doner fries are also delicious.
