Buffet sushi i rate 3 star for food . Too much rice in sushi, people dont have option to choose sashimi at lunch time . Customer... service i rate 0 and need to improve . Server is a white guy ! He looked at us like we just been in sushi restaurant frist timeand just gave us menu without greeting. He dropped the dish, and slide it on table. Wait 15min for just water to come out. We used to be regulars and come to this location when it was RB sushi at least twice a month! It was my husband and i?s... favorite place. Then Covid hit and when restaurants opened back up RB did away with in person and AYCE. We hadn?t been back ina long time, and we?re really excited when we saw that Auti sushi was open and offering AYCE. When walking in we stood at thedoor for almost 5 mins waiting for a table (there was no one at the front/no hostess at all). We decided to sit at the sushibar because the sushi chefs were the only ones to greet us. There was only 1 server on for the entire place, and you could tellshe was just completely overwhelmed. The sushi chef we had was working so hard to make our visit pleasant, he honestly wasAMAZING and made us some really good sushi! That is the absolute ONLY reason we are giving 2 stars. But the server just totallykilled that vibe. It took her 10 mins to take our drink order, when it came out finally my drink was wrong and we couldn?t flagher down to correct it. She forgot to put in our appetizers, so those never came out. And not one time did she come and checkon us the entire hour we were there. The sushi chef even had to refill our drinks. It was some of the worst service we?ve everhad, and it sucks because we were so excited to try this spot. The staff was really good, service was fast, the food came out quickly. They do the all you can eat here where you can order 3... times or you can order from the menu. We decide to order from the menu and it ended up coming out to more then the all you caneat. Is this place worth a try? Yes if you do the all you can eat. The reason I?m doing 3 stars is because the rolls are just okand nothing special or mind blowing good. Read more
We came here just for the Toro which is hard to find. So worth it for sure! Yummy ???? it just melts in your mouth. We really... liked all our food. My husband tired mochi for the 1st time. Parties of more than 6 gonna have a tough time getting tables but lucky we went during non peak timing, I love the variety of... foods, is your significant other into sushi but your not they have awesome items to keep your taste buds busy from noodles tochicken c Katsu. Pretty decent sushi for a great price! Stephanie our server was very attentive and sweet. They didn't have the AYCE special... going on but offered a 30% discount on all of their items right now. I also liked the cute sushi-shaped lollies at the end ofthe meal. Read more
Came with my son's we love sushi , asked for help on what was more convenient affordable and one of the gentlemen there ... politely took the time to show us explain how to order and what was best for us .
