I’ve been coming to BJ’s every time I visit. But today was the worst experience. First, it took them about 45 mins to get... our drinks. Second, we ordered chicken wings (with bones) and mozzarella sticks. We got our wings (about another 45 mins later)without bones, and they forgot the mozzarella sticks. Third, we ordered a medium-cooked burger with no onions and extra cheese.We got a well-done burger with no cheese. When we asked for the cheese, they got two pieces of pepper jack cheese on a plate. We were celebrating my birthday and what could go wrong went wrong, wr shared our experience with the manager Jennifer and she... was very apologetic and made good on how our experience was. Unfortunately, they were short staffed and some of the serversweren't at their best. Patrick was great! I will rate them a 4 instead of a 1 because Jennifer was understanding and made goodon the not so great service. We love BJ's, just went on a off night. My meal was great. Read more
We ordered a variety of food. My entrée of salmon with asparagus was decent, but nothing to write home about. The texture of... the salmon wasn’t cooked that well, passable. The pizza was loaded with toppings, so that was nice. But the pizza itself felta tad too doughy for me. We tried the avocado egg roll appetizer and I would not recommend, avocado simply does not belong in anegg roll. The texture and taste is not a good match together. The smiley face fries weren’t crunchy or crispy at all, alsosuper doughy. The chicken Alfredo was tasty, but not enough sauce and my friend ended up with food poisoning that night. Wearen’t certain if it was because of this dish, but we have our suspicions. The dessert as absolutely delicious, we tried thestrawberry shortcake and the macadamia nuts one. I ordered the ribeye with asparagus and my mother ordered the pizza for one.......ribeye was awesome and the asparagus were the... best I've ever had.......I tried the pizza also......it was so good........service was also great.........I gave 5 stars and Iwish I could have 10 stars to work with because I would have said 8 stars...... here's what I didnt like........my blue moon wasserved in a warm glass........the loaded baked potatoe was dry and not all that loaded........I ordered a Michelada........itwas horrible but everything else was so good I gave 5 Read more
They have a huge menu. Service was friendly, but the food wasn’t tasty. The salad was too salty and appetizers were too oily.
Quickly seated and attentive server. Food was delicious and quantities were perfect. Had a taste of the Vanilla Cream, Orange... Cream and Black Cherry sodas, all were amazing! Read more
P-Zookie Hits the Spot If you eat at BJ's you know what you're ordering because sometimes the meals are inconsistent. I come... here for three items: P-zookie, pan extreme pepperoni pizza and tequila shots. Hey, you can't go wrong when you know what youknow. And, I have tried an array of items from the large menu selection. The competition is just too great in San Diego toexpect BJ's to step up to the mark. Yet one never can go wrong when craving a buttery soft crust pizza and a decadent sugarydessert to follow. Atmosphere and service is excellent. Olé. Read more
