This location always plates the food beautifully, the savory crepes were a little bit sweet this time, they usually have a more... savory taste. Still delicious though. My husband had the biscuit and gravy and said he wished they were more smothered in gravy, but still really good. My daughter had the kids egg breakfast with fruit and sweet potato fries. They both had the strawberrybanana smoothie, super delicious. Our server was amazing. We look forward to returning. Read more

Their service was great, the cashier was super friendly and helpful. When my food arrived it was not very hot and I hate cold... eggs. The fresh baked biscuit was not the best and with no butter I just couldn't eat it. I know restaurants are struggling but, please, if I'm going to spend $30 for breakfast for 1 person, please be sure food is hot. Read more

Absolutely loved this place; our first time and we were impressed. We had a party of 10 and they took care of us promptly and... comfortably. Food was fantastic as were the mimosa samplers. The San Diego location didn't let us down, great experience. Read more

Food was absolutely delicious ???? We are from out of town and didn?t know where to eat. We were hungry and honestly I?m so glad... we landed at Broken Yolk restaurant. I had the Crunchy French toast combo with scrambled eggs and Turkey sausage Patties. Myhusband had the Chicken Fried Steak with hash-browns, scramble eggs, and buttermilk biscuits. We left our plates empty. Andwalking out full and happy. Read more

Nice older restaurant. Service was good if a bit unexperienced. The food was well done. I has tye montecristo and it was a good... balance of everything. The hashbrowns could have been better there were still soggy areas and burnt areas. The pancakes werebasic but fluffy. The mimosa flight was ok, just some sparkling wine with mixed juices (orange, lemonade, cranberry, andgrapefruit). Read more

Broken Yolk is good, conistent comfort food, exactly what you expect. The portions are generous and the food delicious. And one... of the most important breakfast components for me, the coffee is good. Read more

Not accommodating to larger groups than 8. We asked them to move ONE table to fit our group and they wouldn?t do it so we had to... split up in two different sections for a family event. There was plenty of space to fit it as well. The food was good but ourserver wasn?t attentive and kinda rude. Very expensive drinks! $5 for a cup of orange juice? Really? Read more
