Worst dining experience I?ve ever had. We got to the location at 3pm and there was another family waiting in front of us to be... seated. No one came for 5 minutes even though they weren?t busy at all. Then we were seated away from everyone in the furthestcorner. The volume for the game was so loud and when the waiter finally came to help us, he sat in the booth in front of usyelling to try and take the order. When we got our food, we weren?t given any napkins and no one came back to help us for 45minutes. Even after going up to another employee and asking for refills, napkins, a box and the check. She didn?t even doanything. When our waiter glanced my way and my hand was up, he came up to us?standing 2 booths away!!! The food is great and if you like sports, there is plenty of it. However, service is generally slow and every time I don't dine... in they mess up my order somehow. Sometimes they just forget a dipping sauce, other times they forget a whole portion of myorder. Read more
Couple of things. The place just looked dirty. I was turned off from there, and only ate bc I was with friends and they insisted... on food. I was told to seat myself in the bar area, which I did, and my server Jasmine was a definite silver lining. She wasattentive and knowledgeable. Our food took 30+ minutes to arrive and when it did, it looked dry and unappetizing. I ended upeating it anyway, bc I had been waiting so long and didn?t want to wait another 30 minutes for more food. It wasn?t horrible, Ijust feel like it could have been better? more fresh, and they could have used more sauce to toss the wings. As we walked into the door the greeter woman was rude and made us feel incredibly unwelcomed. We walked in at 8:20pm. The... greeter said she would see if they were still seating or she would have to turn us away. We were then told we could only sit atthe bar even though there were plenty of open tables at the lobby and patio which is where I wanted to sit. They definitely musthave been short staffed because the tables were gross and everyone was pretty rude. Luckily our server Carly was actually kindto us and took our order at the bar. I am not familiar with restaurants not seating two hours before close. A man and a women inuniform kept bickering about the people being seated back and forth in the lobby so they kept sending everyone to the bar. Ispecifically told the lady I did not have my ID on me but she did not care about the rules as long as she didn?t have to serveus. Definitely never coming back to this location.
