My fav cafe when visiting San Diego and a daily Go-to ? their ?regular? brewed coffee is one of the best anywhere and... consistently excellent (I went daily for a week during my stay) and the service was excellent! Great spot to grab coffee and breakfast. Had the iced Vietnamese and an iced caramel latte. We had the #1 and #2 egg panini... sandwiches. Food was hot and delicious. Coffee was strong and really hit the spot after a late night the previous evening. Read more

Leaving my #uberfoodiereview , café Italia is a special place for me I?ve been coming here for more than 10 years , they got... real good coffee , my favorite one is white mocha . Very satisfactory taste and sweetness on point. I tried their amazingavocado toast today and wow !!! Wonderful place in Little Italy in San Diego to get a shot of espresso or coffee in the morning! Sure, there are lots of... tourists and people staying at the hotel coming in.
