Bad customer service. If your having a long day and your trying to enjoy a good meal but don?t have the energy to deal with... people and just want to be served because after all you are paying for the food, I would pass. It's one of the best burgers I've ever had. The overall burger experience from your first bite to last is enough to make you... drive back and order seconds. It melts in your mouth and is quickly devoured. It's the most carefully prepared, well thought outburger I've ever had. The burger names and ingredients are pretty catchy. This burger ranks second to a $30 wagyu burger from a5 star restaurant but comes first in flare. Seriously try this place out if you're in the area. Read more
Fries were a bit greasy (garlic fries) but different and really good, the turkey burger was decent. Lots of options to choose... from, but a little high on the price. 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks will run you about $35. Great small burger joint with nicestaff. Read more
Always great food and service. It's pricey for a burger joint, but it is good quality organic grass-fed beef and other fresh,... delicious, good-for-you ingredients... So, you get what you pay for. And it has this really nice family run vibe in Hillcrest.Another cool thing for the celiacs out there... If you happen to be at Hillcrest you have to try Cali O burgers. So juicy and flavorful. The meat cooked to the perfect timing... not burnt not raw. Excellent client service from cashier and cook. Such flavor I did not expect. Will definitely devour itagain. Read more
Food is good, Literally UNABLE to order. Hilarious story of the gentleman who go takes orders flat out ignoring all questions... and spamming the total at me. check it out if you?re bored $17 for a burger, fry and drink tldr, go anywhere else, thank melater I?d come here every once in a while to get a grass fed burger. It?s pretty pricey but it?s usually worth the price. Thistime I came in a little indecisive if i could afford it today, my mistake to come, it was based on a craving. When i saw theprices i was reminded that it?s a little pricey, so i said ?oh i might not be able to get anything i forgot it?s expensive? andthe gentleman looked angry with me. Then i said ?i?ve come a lot so i know the prices are worth it, it?s really good? and heliterally just answered extremely attentively saying ?NO.? at that point i was just lost and confused why he was so mad. no onewas in the place, and it?s usually completely empty. It?s not like my little moment of confusion should have made him superangry.
