Great quality burgers and very fresh. Always a good experience at Carl's!
My grandma really loved the 2 fish sandwiches for 5$. Also loved the fact that they actually had the shake machine working.... Fires were amazing and so were the burgers. Only thing is, bathrooms were nasty and smelt bad. Very nice and friendly staff aswell. Read more
I hadn't been there in such a long time. I enjoyed lunch with my daughter. It was very quiet so please know they are open... forbusiness....whether you're eating there or just picking up at the drive through. I like Carl's Jr. and always have. Carl's Jr is one of my favorites of fast food burger joints but their new waffle chicken sandwich didn't live up to their... advertising. A bit small and the sandwich was ok at best. Granted, I've had some really good waffle sandwiches recently so I'mcomparing to that experience. Nonetheless, this Carl's Jr location offers good service and food. I would eat here again. Read more
This is by far the worst Carl's Jr. We have ever been! We have had all sorts of problems and issues with the restaurant and... it's people, we keep coming because it's on the way home but this time was the last time.. bad service, always very rude, mycard is not accepted because it always ask for a PIN, we have been thrown out because they close the restaurant at a certaintime and only accept TO GO orders, this time I had ready ordered my meal and never was told that they would close soon, I asked:Can we eat in the dinner? They responded: if you can finish your meal in 5 minutes you can... very rude!!! they charge foreverything!!! I mean everything, I have been to other restaurants of the same food chain and its not normal!!! If you feelhungry and this is your las option.. Dont take it go somewhere where they do appreciate your business, you have KFC and MickieD's near by..enough with my rant!! Cheers Read more
Tonight, I came here hungry, but was plenty mad when I got home! Its possible she misunderstood and thought I wanted the rings... from the western burger on the side because of my request to hold the onion rings on the burger and asking for an order ofonion rings, - but I sure as heck wouldn't pay the full price of the burger and then pay full price for an order of rings...fortwo rings!!! Attention: Store owners, managers, workers - it may be a common thing, but when a customer feels a need to checktheir order at the window, they are pretty much telling you one of two things; they either think you are incompetent oruntrustworthy - in this case I believe it was both. So, be warned; if you're ever in the CJ drive thru in Rancho SD and theline isn't moving, that's because I actually decided to give this store another try, but I am at the window, thoroughly goingthrough my bag to make sure that I don't get screwed over again...and I ain't moving, until I'm done! Ordered a pastrami burger combo and this is how many fries i got with nothing in the bag and the burger was smashed. How could... someone feel comfortable giving someone this for what they paid for. Terrible service and judgement Read more
DELICIOUS! ESPECIALLY THE ANGUS BURGERS!! THE JALAPE?O POPPERS ARE THE BEST! THE FAMOUS STAR AMAZING! The union rings huge with... medium ones & small but they pack the fry like container.
