This place closes down 30 minutes before it's supposed to every single night. Show up in the drive thru at 9:50 p.m. Thought I... had made it just in time.. NOPE, I was told they closed at 9:45 p.m. and if I want food I need to order before 9:30 p.m. or theyclose down the kitchen... Was tended at the drive thru on Feb 1 @ 10am by Edgar. This guy is on his customer service game. Offered me some deals and... accurately took my order. Asked me how my day is going and was an overall pleasure to receive service from. This particular store is anti-customer. I was recently in a car line for dinner and just as I was ready to place my order at... the window, the staff advised me that they close at 9:00 pm on the dot and refused to take any orders no matter how long I'vebeen in line. On my next trip to the store, as a pedestrian, the store was locked up at 5:00 pm and they refused to take anywalk-in orders and refused to serve me as a pedestrian in the auto line. Carl's Jr.'s attitude to customers is "F--k you, we'llserve you if we damn well please." Classic. Read more

The food was good and fresh and wait time was decent but for some reason they feel a need to park your car even when nobody else... is in the drive-through. They like you to park in front where traffic is going both ways in there is not a parking spot so youare in other people's way. Very intervenient and uncomfortable. This has happened to me several times at this location. I didask the lady why she wanted me to park when No one was behind me and she basically mumbled a few things that I couldn'tunderstand and told me to park. At this particular time I was getting honked out because I have a big truck and a big truck meto to go around me. I feel the only reason they parked cars like they do is to make it look like they are filling orders fasterthan they are to corporate. They also did not get me a receipt and I did decide since this was the 3rd time that I was going tocomplain. It was much harder to do this without a receipt. Read more

Okay did I mention clean and friendly?! This Carl's Junior happened to be A Cut Above All others in regards to both cleanliness... and friendliness. The manager helped us with some coupons that were out of date and we were still able to use them so thecustomer service was definitely five star. The food was fresh to order. Although it was sort of empty it was a very relaxed andcomfortable atmosphere. I would definitely go back there and refer to all of my friends. Read more
