Went through the drive-thru on my way home because I hadn't eaten all day and I was starving. When I got home and opened the... bag I noticed they totally got my order wrong by putting items on the burger I explicitly asked them not to put on because of myallergies so I couldn't eat the burger and had to throw it away. They even got my drink order wrong! I didn't want to drive allthe way there and home again so I called them to let them know about the mistakes and that I had to throw the items away whichwas the same as throwing my money away. I was thanked "for bringing it to their attention" but was not offered a refund or afree meal on my next trip there. This is the 2nd time in three months that my order has been incorrect. Walked in to make my order. Person at the counter took 2 drive thru orders before they even greeting me. After ordering a double... western and onion rings to go I waited 30 min. standing at the side of the counter never acknowledged. 3 people ordered in lineafter I did and got their food before me. Not including all the drive thru customers. I got my food and ate it in my truck. Theonion rings were old and half full. The burger didn't have much sauce.
