The burger was very bland and was missing a slice of cheese and ketchup. The fries were so cold it was as if I was served them... from the refrigerator. They weren't busy but messed up most orders. This was my first time at a Carl's Jr in 5+ years.Definitely will not be returning. Read more
Dirty restrooms need attention from staff. They have to give you a 4 digit code to get in, so it wasn't trashed by homeless.... Food is good. Welcome is missing. I can understand why no one was dining in, only drive thru. Read more
I didn't order anything to eat just wanted to use the restroom and it was a mess !!! A strawberry shake was dropped on the floor... how gross and nasty that people will eat inside a public restroom lat alone a restroom period yuck !!!! There was a sandwichwrapper in the restroom as well. The service at the front was kinda slow considering the restaurant was pretty empty at thetime. Been to this location a couple times.. was there yesterday at 9am and it was filthy! There was only 1 person working the... counter, that person had to take the drive thru and store customers at same time. The bathroom was being cleaned from the daybefore that morning as well.. the staff could care less about the customers too. An area manager needs to do an unannouncedvisit. This place is a Dump!.. Well it's my go to place being vegan so it's my Beyond fetish. I got here because being a senior I now have EBT and the Morena... Carl's accepts it. More Carl's should it's a shame I live near a Carl's on Midway Dr. yet can't use my EBT....shame on them. Read more
