We went through the drive thru and ordered cheap of course.... Both spicy chicken sandwiches were supposed to be plain as well... as the burgers...I should have checked before I got home because they were completely wrong....I kept trying to call the storebut all I would ever get is the Vivosmart so we went back the next day with the sandwiches and the receipt and the managergladly replaced them without any problem Read more
All my life and invested a lot of money eating here, but today they lost 3 customers who spent a lot of money at this place.... When ordering never mention to me that they sell the dressing separately and when picking up my order and asking for a coupleof dressings, the cashier rudely denied them to me mentioning that they are sold separately. Went to drive through at 7:30 pm was told by workers that they were on break and wouldn?t be taking any orders unless picking up... for Uber eats. Tried calling the store to speak to a supervisor but no one picked up. Reported to corporate for preemptivelyclosing store 3.5 hours before posted closing. Could see employees just sitting hanging out in the dark in the dining areaignoring cars. If this is store policy then what a dumb add policy as 10 cars were waved through because they were not ubereats. Read more
1st time at Carl's. I was not impressed. I ordered a guacamole bacon burger. I got a double cheeseburger. No guacamole in site.... I don't think the meat was very good. It had an odd taste. Read more
I love Carl's Juniors that was my first job back in the '80s when they first opened up in my hometown I learned a lot from them... from being really kind and with customer service keeping everything clean especially the restrooms. Especially eye contact withthe customer and with a smile unfortunately I didn't get that through the drive-thru. Maybe next time. Read more

Nice, clean, fast service, food was giid and tje chicken fillet sandwich looked and tasted as advertised, the soda fountain also... had goid tasting drinks, they did not taste like clorated pool water like many other fast food places, I had a bunch if couponsand tjy are worth it, will come back. Service is always prompt courteous and accurate. The accuracy is huge for me since I am confined to a power wheelchair which is... my main transportation. Having an order to go and it being incorrect is devastating cause I either have to take the loss orstruggle to travel back to the restaurant which is a mile away. So 5 stars for Carls Jr. Thank you.
