Alfonso doesn?t pay attention and has a rude attitude. Had to repeat myself multiple times as I watched my sandwich being made... wrong. Read more

I?ve been to this place quite a few times and after about 2 years this place has changed. The sandwich used to be really good... but it was only mediocre in taste. I think they?ve changed the meat and not for the better, it kinda tasted gamy. The fries werenot fresh which was very disappointing because they?re usually very good and crunchy, they were more like sitting for awhile. They no longer have trays so I had to pile everything on top of one another to take to the table which was pretty far away. Ifyou?re hungry go someplace else because you won?t be happy with your meal. Read more

Not complaining about the food, 2 guys doing a lot of orders. Charley?s need to bring help, they look frustrated and It?s... understandable. It?s not fair for them. They were struggling with orders online and the orders from the store Read more

The slowest employee. This lady really take a lot of time to prepare a sandwich . Literally with no customers, took 20+ minutes... to do a small order. Omg! Eat here, ONLY if you want to waste time. Read more

First time ordering from this location. Great customer service, great taste. Tried both chicken and philli cheese steak.

I've never seen a real Philly that comes with Lettuce, Tomatoes and Mayo. I'm fairly certain back in PA, that goes against the... natural order of things. Either it's a Philly Cheese Steak, or it's a Sub. Never should the two mix! The good news is, once youscrape off the abomination of Sub toppings, what remains does taste pretty good, minus the little bits of warmed up, gross, wilted pieces of lettuce that stick to the cheese. Perhaps Charleys Steak Subs would be more appropriate! Read more

Says fresh ingredients and they deliver from top to bottom. The best fries ever (crispy and fluffy unlike cardboard at In-out... or soggy mess of five-guys). My only complaint is they add mayo (they tell you when you order everything on it so no surprise)but it makes the sandwich way too rich for so-call tastes. The good news is you can order without, but honestly it made my firstexperience less than perfect. Read more

Very good meal, and very filling. The lettuce is crisp, the buns are very fresh, and the meal is served hot and tastes good. At... first I wasn't sure about having such sides on a Philly, UT it adds to it and most importantly tastes good! My step-son and hismom both like it too and we will be back. Read more
