The food was amazing! The guy that worked there was running the entire show and was STILL able to get my food to me in decent... time. I ordered a chipotle chicken grilled cheese and it was perfect. It was fresh, the bread was crispy and hot, there werejust the right amount of toppings on it and it tasted great! The fries had been sitting for a while and were not fresh, butsince he was a one man show, it was understandable. They were the good kind that I know will be good if heated and fresh. Ibought some lumpia also. I am a huge fan of lumpia. Although their lumpia and sauce were not my favorite, I was pleased that itwas an option on the menu, reasonably priced and fried fresh. The staff was great treated us like kings. Food cauld be better. Tomato soup need to be worked on. Although we finished it.
We ordered the s'mores and the fancy P&B, was not disappointed. They both were fantastic. Sweet and delicious they were exactly... what we were looking for. The chef was super nice and so was the cashier. It's a great location just off the beach so it wouldbe easy to get a treat or some lunch/dinner and head to watch the waves. They were really busy when we stopped in and they did a great job of keeping up. Great customer service. It was obvious that... everyone was a tourist, but they took the time to ask us about our trip and made sure we were satisfied. The food was servedrelatively fast and it was better than expected. I have to say that I'm kind of connoisseur of a good grilled cheese and Mac and cheese so I thought I would give this a try... because our daughter was hungry. And she like the idea of a grilled cheese. I would have to say the only reason I'm giving thema star is because the service was very good and the people were very nice but they have to step up their game. It tasted verygreasy like they cooked the grilled cheese and grease and anybody that knows a good grilled cheese you use butter. I ordered mysandwich with sourdough but it was white bread. As for the Mac and cheese I make it from scratch all the time it was lack lusterand had no flavor it was basically noodles with some mild shutter thrown into it ! I guess for most millennials that are hungrythis might work but people need to cook better. As I said the people were nice and a great service but they really need to stepup the game. We found this place on a walk down the boardwalk when we ventured off of it. It was unique and had lots of options for grilled... cheese and price was great. I had the turkey melt and my BF had JD with Korean BBQ. Both were delicious and I want to go backfor the smores melt! Read more
