By a long shot, the worst location I've been to in about a decade. Nearly every visit you're guaranteed to either be missing an... item or two that you paid for, missing sauces or have fry containers half full or toppings missing. Chicken time! I find this location one of the best of the franchise. I don't come here for breakfast, only occasionally do lunch... takeout. They do have outdoor seating, if you choose to eat at the location. Not indoors; They have it blocked off. I find thebest time for my lunch is before 11am. I'm an early bird and like to eat around that time. The earlier you get here, the betterthe quality and efforts for the food. I was especially early last time I came here round 10:50am, and the sandwich was the bestI've ever had. Come around noon or so and you run into the Sorrento Valley Rush Hour. Good luck, my friends. Sad to admit I'm a Singature member, yes, it means I have spent way too much money at Chick-fil-A, but first time at this... location! Worst franchise! 1) They got the order wrong and didn't add the sauces requested. Unacceptable! 2) Extremely slowservice 3) Quality: AWFUL - Waffle fries soggy in grease. I am so severely disgusted and disappointed by this Chick-fil-A location. I brought home my usual to-go order and as I ate, I... came to find multiple leaves in my salad COVERED IN MUD. I?ve been a frequent customer of this place for years- always coming toget the Cobb Salad and other items, but today marks my last time. I almost threw up what I just ate. Getting my orders wrongbefore is one thing, but how incompetent do you have to be to not even be able to properly wash lettuce leaves with noticeablemud on them?? This is so sickening. Read more
I stopped coming to this location. It?s like they hired DMV managers to run it, the waits are atrocious. It?s probably because... they don?t have anyone taking orders in the line and the ordering screens are too close to the front so there?s no time to prepwhile people wait.
