These people literally NEVER HAVE SALAD DRESSING. They always say "we had some this morning but we're out" but it's not true.... This is like the 5th time I've been here. This last time was the worst. The chicken is stale, the rice is undercooked and theveggies had no flavor. I never leave reviews but it was so bad I'd rather save other people the frustration on coming here. Read more
horrible experience, I came for a doordash pickup and the rude manager said they didn?t have the order. I have spent like 30... minutes arguing with them until they found out they gave it the wrong person. They also ran out of the spicy chicken so they hadto prepare the new ones with regular chicken. I live 1 block from this Chipotle location. I get my lunch and dinner basically everyday here. The manager, Yessenia, is always... so helpful and warm, I had issues twice with my order, both which were my faults, and she so warmly accommodated me. She isamazing! This is the first time I?ve ever been disappointed in my order. Overall the burrito bowl I got lacked flavor and the meat was... hard to chew. The photos I added in this review is the guacamole. Yes I did ask for it to be on my food but clearly it had beensitting there all day or who knows for how long. I tried to get as much as I could out of my food but I could still taste it andit was bad. To clarify I ordered my food online so had I known this is what their guacamole looks like I wouldn?t have asked forit. Just don?t serve bad or old guacamole! It?s disgusting.
