This is the third bad experience I've had at this place, and we LOVE Chipotle, but somebody higher up needs to know that this... place's reputation is being destroyed through incompetent employees and management. Ordered three items online for pick up. afriend picked up the order and we live about five minutes away. He arrives with the order and my wife's Pollo Asado bowl had NOCHICKEN in it--NONE!! So, we're sitting around for a quick work lunch, and I'm in no mood to drive back and complain, so I goonline. You can't call the store--everything gets routed to their call center's A.I.. After wasting 5 minutes there, they justdirect you to the email confirmation to click on the link to get support. Okay, give that a shot--get to the website and try tocontact support, but the screen doesn't come up to begin a chat. No message, nothing, just stuck in a loop. Tried a differentbrowser, turned off all the blocking software, same thing. It used to be so convenient to be able to oder online and drive overto pick it up, but after getting burned like this three times in the last year, I'm hesitant to ever trust them to make an ordercorrectly if I'm not looking over their shoulder. Not to mention that they REALLY skimp on the portions when you're not there. So sad to see this great chain get destroyed by incompetence and apathy. Read more
So, I will start by stating that I am already biased as I have worked in the food industry and expect quality when paying for... it. That being said this is not quality, this is fast food. My fiancé and daughters bowls both looked pretty plated, with anobscene amount of guacamole on top too. Open mine up(taken to go) and mine looks like a sloppy mess. Obscene amount of salsapoured on to the point where the whole dish is inedible. I don't know if it was because mine was the only vegetarian bowl/plateor what but it's just a sad waste of food. Truly inedible, everything is just chipotle/heat, no flavors of anything say exceptsalt. Just more proves why I do not like this place, of the times I've had them, never once a good plate. Read more
Ordered a burrito 45 min before closing. The employees are all scrambling to clean up, pushing chairs in front of people,... stacking garbage cans by the door, all so they can leave, I suppose, the second the doors close?And when trying to pay CASH Iwas told, unless you have exact change, you can?t pay cash. No explanation. No apology. Just, take it or leave it. How does theowner feel about losing the cost of a burrito, and a customer? Won?t be back. Read more

Rice was undercooked, fajita veggies were practically raw, service was polite and helpful.
This is place trash. Every time I go here, they give me half a scoop of everything, and to top it off everything is cold, this... is the worst experience I?ve had with a fast food chain, just terrible! I would never recommend this there are so many places toget a proper burrito. Never eating here again. Read more

It's gotten worse, really skimpy. $10 for rice and beans and two bites of chicken. I should of went somewhere else, next time.
