Ordered through the chipotle app. They brought the completely incorrect order. It wasn't the fault of the doordash guy,... because the bag had my name on it, but the contents inside were completely wrong. They brought us someone else's order. Spent45 minutes trying to get a human being on the phone or on the chat online. Both my husband and I were calling nonstop, andtrying to reach an agent through the online assistant. We were never able to reach anyone. Absolutely worst customerexperience of my life. Edit: editing my review to 4 stars because chipotle Completely refunded us and gave us additionalcoupons after we filed a complaint. Would love to see a better customer experience flow implemented. Great staff, food wonderful! Clean double stall restroom, parking wasn?t difficult at all because they have reserved spots just... for the chipotle. They had high chairs and wheelchair/stroller access, and very bright and enjoyable. Large patio great for biggroups. Beautiful light being let in that really captured that Cali feel :) Would go again for sure! Save this one to the map. Read more
Quite literally the worst chipotle ever. They have the JV squad working all the time and it takes 45min for them to serve 5... people. Read more
