Was told will be right with me in a minute. Well I was waiting for 6 minutes then asked if they were open. The lady comes on and... says if I?m in a hurry I can come in, that she was almost done. Apparently she can only take care of 1 customer at a time,whether you?re in the drive thru or inside. What?s the point of the drive thru if the 2 people inside and one in front of me hadto have their transactions completely done before ai could be helped. I really hope the older lady isn?t the manager, didn?teven waste my time on her complaining. Her attitude with the cook , told me everything I needed to know. Read more

The dinning area smell like a toilet, very dirty place, and will not eat there again! ????

Ordered the special 10 piece legs and thighs. As always they have me wings. Like everywhere prices have gone way up. Still... love the taste but they gave me the cheaper and smaller pieces of chicken. Read more
She ask me three times if I wanted Spicy or Regular and I told her Spicy and when I got home it was Regular. This has happened... before, the Chicken was old, hardened dry. Very disappointed again. Read more
The absolute WORST service ever. Waited at the register for 15 minutes, never even got acknowledged by any of the employees ,... there were four working at the time I was there. If you're going to go here, you may want to go through the drive-thru. Thatseems like the only place they offer any service. Somebody was in the back counting cups, seems like it was much more importantto check the cup inventory, than help paying customers. Recommend going to the San Ysidro store, they have much better service,and much friendlier employees.. if I was able to give zero Stars, I would.... Read more
The line was extra slow, I was given the wrong order and food was a Lil cold. Not a very good experience going thru the drive... thru with only I car ahead of me. Read more
