Nice restaurant located in little Italy. Menu doesn’t have much to offer, but what is on the menu is well prepared and... delicious. Wine choices are also minimal but have something for every palette and pair well with the dishes served. Ambiance isnice but a bit loud at times when sitting inside. Would recommend sitting outside for a quieter dinner. Civico delivers on agreat meal and taste of Italy with good portions at reasonable price Read more

THE BREAD THEY GIVE BEFORE THE MEAL IS ABSOLUTE HEAVEN ???? they have fantastic vegetarian and vegan options and the food is... decadent and filling???? I had a great experience there, service was great and the plating was absolutely beautiful. The waitwas also super short, like less than 5 minutes during dinner time on Saturday so it’s a great place to go if you want a goodmeal but don’t want to wait a while for it ????. Their ravioli was also super yum <3 paired with the delicious pink sauce???????? *chefs kiss* Read more

Located in Little Italy, this Italian restaurant offered a full Vegan menu with dessert options as well as a full regular menu... for meat eaters. I dined with a non-Vegan friend, they ordered the ravioli and I had the Vegan lasagna. The portion was largeand enough for two people. It had the perfect ratio of sauce and cheese with some mushrooms as well. The staff were friendlyand attentive and provided great recommendations for our first visit. The bread with olive oil pesto was amazing and literallymelted in my mouth. I was tempted to eat the entire bag, it was that good! Can't wait to come back to San Diego to try outother options on the menu. Read more

Everything is made from scratch in this memorable spot. The bread is just crazy good - you know you should stop, but can’t.... The pasta dishes are hearty and tasty, and the lunch servings were huge. It made for a nice lunch - and dinner. Pleasant serversthough a bit understaffed. Worth a stop next time you’re in Little Italy in San Diego. Read more

Visited on a busy Friday afternoon/evening. Greeted by friendly host who got us seated quickly. Server was attentive and... helpful. Good food. Good drinks. Nice location. Got ravioli and it was so good (although didn't taste much spinach which wasincluded in description but still wonderful). Too full for dessert but they looked amazing. Read more

I came here on a Saturday night and had great time. The server was very knowledgeable about the wine and menu. The calamari we... had was really good. My main dish was the short rib pasta. It was good but I thought it needed a little salt. Overall myexperience was enjoyable. This place has a lot of vegan options for those who are looking for that. They also offer gluten freepasta substitutes. Read more

Simple. Humble. Absolutely incredible. Civico digs deep into their roots to create honest, delicious and authentic Italian... food. With a rustic, yet modern setting, you feel at home yet you know this is elevated dining, without being too fancy. Onceyou taste the food, (and the drinks!), you know they understand exactly what they’re doing when they serve you. Needless tosay, I was without a doubt pleased and enjoyed every second of my meal. I literally just stumbled into Civico while walkingaround Little Italy, and I’m so glad I did. Read more
