Wife and I ordered the chicken quesadilla and a couple beers while waiting for our car to be fixed at the jiffy lube across the... street. We were super surprised at how good it was! Great flavor and about $15/20 total. Food was $13 and $2/3 for each beer. Read more

Had a fish fillet that tasted old and for $20 I got two small pieces of fish that maybe weighed 1/3 of a pound. It was just... awful. This place used to have good fish tacos, but seems they?re cutting on food costs or something. This was my last time Iever eat anything from here. Read more
No prices up, should of asked first, 2 fish tacos w/ Rice and beans and a large shrimp cocktail, $34.45. I about fainted. Fish... tacos tasted different than anything I have ever had. Won't ever go back. Good service though, but won't be going back at thatprice. Feeling gouged !!! Read more
Very friendly. Lady here is a sweetheart. Had a Campechana and though the ingredients differ from my own recipe, it was still... great. The shrimp were nice size and the cilantro, onions, pepino...all tasted crisp and fresh. I will be back to try otheritems from the menu. The fresh fried tortilla chips were warm and delicious...and their salsa is 8 out of 10 for flavor, withjust the perfect amount of spice. Hope to be working in the area again soon. Read more
I live in Pacific Beach. I have gone to Fish Shop on Garnet (a highly rated seafood restaurant) since they opened and was a... regular at Point Loma seafood prior. I started here with the fish and shrimp ceviche and was NOT disappointed...sorry, it was sofriggin good, I ate half before thinking to take a pic...but honestly, it tasted much better than it looked. I don't know what Ihad actually because I asked the lady at the register (literally, probably the sweetest person i've ever ordered food from) tochoose for me, since she knows what's freshest and BEST! (although she said everything is fresh) My daughter had a carne asadaburrito...(i JUST asked her how she liked it and from her bedroom she said "I LOVED IT!")
