Decent food, but very restrictive menu, and no customization. I got the Big Green Salad - kale, shaved carrots, parmesan, olive... oil bread crumb and fermented pepper vinaigrette. I asked for some protein to be added on, and they literally had no optionoutside the Confit Duck Leg. This was a big disappointment. I asked if it would be possible to get some plain chicken, but therewas nothing of that sort. The duck was SUPER oily, but flavorful. I had to press out all the oil using paper towels, and make itwork. The salad was nice with the duck - the parmesan was like snow over all the thing, so the flavor really came through. Thedressing was horrible though - very good decision getting it on the side and not adding it on. My fiancé got the Lamb ChopLollipops (with dill yogurt, nut dukkah, arugula, pickled red onions) and he loved them! I tried the dill yogurt plain and theflavor was so unique! Everything went so well together. He was a big fan. He also got the Beet & Burrata Salad (+ friseelettuce, citrus, toasted hazelnuts) and it was decent. The Beet and lettuce and citrus and hazelnuts all worked, but the burratawas Horrible! SO SALTY! It really ruined the dish. We had to try to remove all the casing and find the creamy inside, but eventhat was just bearable. My sister-in-law got the Confit Duck Leg "Tacos" (it was crispy duck legs, pickled onion, queso fresco,salsa verde, cilantro, avocado, corn tortillas and bone marrow on the side). It was all a platter of all the components so youhad to assemble the tacos yourself. She isn't usually a fan of boned meat, but she clearly enjoyed this meal. Said the sameabout the tortillas - she's not usually a fan of corn tortillas because they tend to be tough, but these were fresh and soft asever. We had a tough time with getting anything out of the bone marrow though. It was the kind where the content was inside thecylindrical thing, and SO hard to get out. Ended up not even eating it. We stumbled upon Craft & Commerce last night when looking for speakeasy bars in Little Italy - long story short this bar is... amazing! Such a great atmosphere, good music, amazing cocktails and exceptional service. Everyone was so friendly and an extrashout out to John at the bar for going above and beyond to make our night memorable. Thank you John for the Chico Special!We’ll definitely be back. Read more
The drinks here were awesome. Went for happy hour, cocktails were $8 and small plates between $3-6. Highly recommend the Eastern... prospector cocktail. The bartenders we're so nice . Great vibes Read more
Very cool & delicious spot. Very interesting interior decorated with old taxidermized animals and quotes from various authors... all around. I had the burger which was very very good - in particular the secret sauce was ta da fa (to die for). Pro tip: Checkout the bathroom & listen to the speakers. 2nd pro tip: check out false idol while you’re there. So much to do, eat, see, andenjoy! Coming back again soon Read more
Duck tacos with bone marrow was very interesting but a bit greasy. Burgers were great. Sitting outside in December was too cold... though, the fire pit tables didn't work well enough. The carrot side dish was under cooked, Brussels sprouts not on the menuanymore, mac and cheese is a huge portion and very nice. Read more
Extremely nice place to go for a date! The aesthetic is very pleasing and their food tastes amazing! Yes, the place is a little... pricey but if you like American food that tastes like a home-cooked meal + a luxury/country feel then this is the place for yournext date--- or maybe just a lunch with your friends. The alcohol drinks were yummy and strong. I really liked the greensauce/dip that came with the appetizer. I don't know what it was but it was sooooo good! Read more
Excellent burger and great service. They had problems with their taps and comped our beers because they took so long to get.... Very unique setting and delicious food. Definitely recommend. I will be back! Read more
