Beautiful restaurant. I was here once before for brunch when it was Florence. Now I’m returning with my girls for brunch under... the name Crafted Culture. Plenty of parking. We made reservations for 10:30 on a Sunday and we were the only ones dininginside. About an hour later, closer to noon was when the crowds came. Brunch menu is very limited. We did family style andordered a side of biscuits and gravy ($7), spicy fennel sausage flatbread ($16), and smoked salmon benedict ($18). All disheswere excellent. The best biscuits and gravy I’ve had and it’s like my 4th place in two months. The biscuits remind me ofChurch’s Chicken biscuits. It was a “side” dish but it came with 3 medium sized biscuits. The flat bread was spicy. TheEnglish muffin on the benedict was so soft! We enjoyed the food and I got myself an espresso manifesto which uses espresso fromnext door, Leap coffee. It had vodka, cacao, and Mr. Black coffee liqueur. Note: Don’t get seated along the window under theAC vent. Water leaks on you. It leaked on my back and in my water cup! Read more

We were looking for a new place to eat in the area and Crafted Culture popped up on restaurants in Poway. So we decided to give... it a try. When we arrived no one was inside - but there were several tables outside. We decided to sit outside too. My wifeordered a Honey Bee drink that she said was very good. She also ordered a wedge salad and I ordered the spicy fennel sausageflatbread - both were very good. We took a look at the desert menu, but I am more of a chocolate lover so we decided to pass.Overall this was a very nice place for dinner and I'm sure we will be back again in the future. Read more

Great place to stop by after work with co-workers or friends. They have a good selection of beers on their drink menu and ... prices are reasonable. I the food menu isn’t huge, but they have some pretty solid options. I ordered one of the flatbreadsand it was really good! Bummed that they don’t have any happy hour specials, but cute little place overall. Read more

I came for dinner in a 10 person group. We had a great time and ate some very tasty food over drinks. Would definitely recommend... for a group outing. Food: - Delicious! I had the spicy sausage flatbread which had a good amount of kick. The coconut rice wasamazing too. - Drink menu is comprehensive. I had a bourbon cocktail that was absolute perfection. - Don't expect the oversizedportions you typically get in the US. If you eat a lot then expect to spend a bit. Seating and Ambience: - We sat outside wherethey had lots of space & seating with very nice ambience. There was a grass activity area with a giant Connect 4 game. - Indoorseating options were plentiful as well. There was a bar area inside that was very active. - Very clean and spaciousrestrooms. Other notes: - There's plenty of parking both near the restaurant and in the adjacent industrial parking lots. - Ididn't see any children around while we were there; it doesn't seem like the best vibe or type of food for families with youngchildren. This was our first time in this restaurant bar and we heard that there was entertainment from 6-9 pm on Friday. The ambiance... inside and outside was appealing. Happy hour is from 3-6 pm and it is only served inside the restaurant by the bar. Theirselection was limited. We had a reservation for dinner and had it outside where the live singer/guitarist was. Theentertainment was the highlight of our evening. The musician was awesome singer and guitarist. He closed by singing“Stairway to Heaven”. The food was good but on the pricey side. Overall, we enjoyed our evening. Read more

Found our experience at Craft Culture to be okay at best. We got quit a few appetizers but these were the ones that I tried.... First off the meatball was super spicy for us. Not sure if they're made fresh but if so it came with some heat. Flat bread andfritters we're pretty good. Also got the NAAN and hummus which were okay. Had to send back the NAAN because they surprisinglywere delivered to us badly burnt. Service to get food was super slow but other than that the place is okay for a neighborhoodrestaurant. I'd be willing give them another try as it's possible we just caught them on an off day Read more

I've been to the coffee shop here like 5 times now and finally decided to grab a bite to eat at crafted. It was only the brunch... menu today that ended at 3 pm. After that it goes to happy hour from 3-4 and then dinner after that! They don't do lunch menu onthe weekends! I got the prisco pie drink and it was so so good! The waitress recommend it and I'm glad I got it. The lattes arealways delicious at leap coffee (coffee spot inside) you really can't go wrong with any coffee drink. I tried the shakshouka andit was delicious. Super hearty! I'll continue to go here cause it's one of my fav places to get coffee! And I want to try thelunch menu so bad!!! Read more

This new place in Sabre Springs is AWESOME! Huge location and perfect for this neighborhood which has lacked any real restaurant... until now. Love the "All Craft Everything" concept. Some of the best cocktails I've had in a long time, and food thatlegitimately surprised me with the flavor and how good it was. This place has plenty of TV's for watching the sports, games forthe kids, but also great spot for a date night. It checks all the boxes! Cant wait to come back here again! Read more
