Outstanding Sunday breakfast. At 10 AM we probably were lucky to escape the brunch rush even though they had a steady stream of... dine in and take out customers. There's mostly indoor and limited outdoor seating available. The atmosphere is casual andrelaxed. The wait staff were very friendly and made great recommendations. We enjoyed a Madrid Omelet and a French ToastGrand-Marnier. The Chorizo sausage links with avocado, mushrooms, sour cream, and Jack cheese made a terrific combination for avery filling omelet. Moreover, the au gratin potatoes were some of the best I've had. The Grand Marnier infused bread toppedwith fresh strawberry coulis added an extra rich dimension to the French Toast. Paired with a refreshing watermelon mimosa, itwas just the perfect start for a Sunday in San Diego. Additionally, their coffee was excellent too. This place is a bit on thepricier side but very generous portions make up for it. Parking can be a challenge, but there's quite a few metered streetparking spots around that are all free on Sundays and holidays. Read more

Authentic French cuisine with a beautiful French chef. From the moment you walk in, you will be greeted like an old friend.... Faustine has created a place similar to those in Paris. You can dine al fresco or enjoy spending time with Alberto, the dog, andwatch them interact in French. I highly recommend this Hillcrest gem Read more

You'll feel like you're in France here. Staff is French and the environment makes you feel you're actually in France. Pretty... cool! I love the flavor of the escargot!! I cleaned every ounce of that dish with the crostinis it came with! French toast hada great balance of sweetness. Sweet enough but not over bearing. I don't like sweets and this was tasty! Just the right amountof sweetness! Side of potatoes au gratin weren't melty oozing cheese but still had a nice savory flavor. I liked it. They'reknown for crepes. We got 2 different buckwheat crepes. They were decentlu good. Maybe I'm not use to eating crepes so I wasn'tthat excited about them. They weren't those delicious mouth watering escargot I had haha. Service is fantastic here! Bathroomscould use some work. Needs odor control. Didn't know this restaurant is an Orange County restaurant. Many locations throughoutOC. Read more

My favorite place to get brunch in Hillcrest. The buckwheat crepes are excellent. The eggs benedict is delightful. It can get... busy and the staff is stretched thin sometimes, but they do a good job. Read more
