We stopped in because we seen the banner "voted best fish and chips". Parking on street and a few spots in lot. Sat outside on... deck. It was a beautiful day. Plenty of seating inside. Staff is extremely friendly, very happy. Started with loaded fries,which should have been enough for the two of us, but we just had to order the fish and chips. Loved the outdoor seating. Wait staff was very friendly and super patient with my crazy family, party of six, early... Thanksgiving dinner get together ?. We all ordered their turkey dinner, maple glazed carrots and mashed potatoes ???? withgravy. In addition, some of us shared a delicious ???? beet salad. You could taste a very, very light smoke on the turkey. I do wish it was a tad bit stronger smoke flavor. Maple glazed carrots could have a little more thicker glaze. Maybe a littlemore sticky. This place is great and still a family owned pub. The food is awesome, and the soda bread is a gem. The hamburgers are awesome,... and the beer choices are excellent. Patty and Kathy do a great job serving the customers, and they will accommodate almost anyrequest. It has a "cheers" feel to it, and you can go in and have a conversation with anyone or kick it in the corner for yourown experience. This is a place where you can bring your family or friends!
