Stopped by right after landing in San Diego for a week-long conference with a group of 5 hungry and tired men after a 5-hour... flight and I must say Dave's just hit the spot with the comfort food for us all! The chicken was hot, tender and delicious - itwas my first time trying Dave's and there's definitely nothing like it! I like that the menu's small so it makes choosingeasier, especially for the indecisive folk like myself. I was too *chicken* to try a higher spice level so I stuck to theMedium. Each meal comes with a generous portion of food, often hard to finish! I liked it so much I can back before the end ofthe trip for another round. The chicken served here is halal, they have a certificate on the board just by the cashier as well.The staff is friendly and service is fast too. We absolutely love this place. The chicken breasts are a decent size. I find the hot level options great. The coleslaw on the... sliders is very tasty and I normally can't stand coleslaw. This is another place that has a small menu. Its a good thing. Less items means the workers have less intricacies they have to... memorize in order to make the food. You have 3 choices for your main dish: 2 tenders 2 sliders 1 tender, 1 slider Nice andsimple. All they have to get right is the chicken. AND THEY DO.
