I was so happy when the store opened in Mira Mesa, love the staff, easy menu, and the spice levels. I always take pickles by... side and extra sauce and the staff gives it, no extra charge. Quality of food is good. Love the labels on the box and our ordernever gets mixed up. Highly recommend. Read more
The grim reaper is their spiciest sandwich. They make you sign a waiver beforehand. The chicken is halal here, from what I... understood. In terms of spiciness- it was very spicy (Nashville style) - almost like a powdery red chili on it. Portion sizeswere medium. Having it with that creamy sauce helped. Dave's hot chicken reminded me of raising cane's but it was nothing like that! If anything it was much better than that, plenty... of flavor, the cheese fries weren't tasty(make sure to eat those first), the Cajun flavors street perfect, & the pickles werenot too sour! Yum yum yum! Love their spicy fries chicken! I know it?s not that type of healthy foods. But everyone wants to have fried... chicken once a while. I just think they are perfect when you are craving for fried chicken. Their spicy level is serious, so becareful when you choose extra hot. I?m pretty fine for Hot. My husband and I shared a 2 sliders combo meal, you can get different spicy level for each of the slider. Chicken is juicy and... kale slaw in the sandwich really balance the sandwich, makes it doesn?t feel so heavy. Fires are crispy and good. Dine in seatsare limited and because they left the door open for the order line, it?s kind of warm in side, there are some out door seatingnext to the restaurant. Wow, I'm a fan. I went with the number 2, so I could have sliders at different heat levels. The extra hot brought the heat... without overpowering and the reaper reminded me of Nashville Hot as it had the extreme heat with the signature burnt spiceflavor. This is the first time I had to sign a waiver, but have had hotter without the paperwork. The bread, coleslaw, and saucemade for a nice compliment to the heat and I appreciated that they allowed mixing heat levels on a single order. Read more
