With only two servers and a decent amount of customers seated, I was provided with coffee with minutes of being sat at a table. ... Shortly after receiving my cup of coffee, my order was taken and I received my meal before I finished the cup of coffee. Thefood was outstanding and service was great. My friends and I came here at midnight this week. We had a horrendous experience to say the least. The young man serving us... missed our order- didn't remove cheese on a sandwich. We asked him to return and bring a new one because our friend is allergic.He took the order back and they started giggling while speaking Spanish and looking at us. They were clearly playing games withour friend's allergy. So when he came back, my allergic friend inspected the sandwich and yes indeed, they just removed thecheese and brought back the same order. I am not sure if this was a prank for them but playing with customers allergies is NOTfunny. When confronted, he lied and said it was a new order. So we asked them to bring us the old order with cheese. Of courseit wasn't there. They were lying. The guy then brought the rest of our orders. No silverware and he just dropped the plates onthe table. Didn't care. Oh yeah, when checking out, no help at all. These young kids were very rude. DO NOT visit this Dennys.If I could give a ZERO star, I would. Shame on the franchise for hiring these night shift employees who think being rude tocustomers while playing with their allergies is just fun. Read more
The good was really salty the pancakes had grease stains from grill not properly cleaned as well as the eggs. Waiter never came... back to see if we needed anything else and had to go get my bill from cashier after waiting 15 minutes for waiter to come backwhich he never did. Really disappointed with the service and the wait time. Read more

Breakfast, coffee and great service. Great way to start the day!
First it began with a cup with lipstick from the parron before us and it just kept rolling downhill from there. We ordered our... hasbrowns "extra crispy" we also ordered scrambled eggs WITH cheese and the gravy on the side. Nothing came out to order. Thetoast with a thin stripe of butter was like the cherry on top of our meh breakfast. Not sure what they are doing in the kitchenat this dennys. Read more
We're all aware customer service has gone downhill post covid but I expected higher expectations for food handlers. Waiting over... 15 minutes for a semi-filled diner wasn't the issue. We received an orange juice with lipstick on the rim, two chocolate milksand the milk was sour(the chocolate started separating from the milk)and when the food came out the waitress said careful whileholding the "Santa Fe Sizzler" plate but it was ice cold to the touch and the food was luke warm. In fact all plates were lukewarm. Even looking around the booth and windows there wasn't an area that wasn't dirty or touched by human hands. I don't complain much but this wasn't a pleasant experience. At the end of it all we kindly let them know the experience and issues witheverything but we're given a "military discount" as compensation and brought the $66 bill down to $59. I'd rather them addressthe sanitation and integrity of the food, before someone gets sick than worry over $5 Read more
