Liz was an absolutely amazing server. I took my son to a Dennys in Eastlake last night for dinner and had the worst experience... ever. I came to this one today to waste time while my son was at his appt and Liz totally restored my love of Dennys. I couldn'tdecide what I wanted and she gave me an amazing recommendation. I will be back every Monday for lunch because of her. Thanksgirl you are the best server I've had in a while. Read more
Our family often eats at this location, not the best service especially at night. Breakfast waiters are the best. Monday ate... lunch got the best service Miguel was the best and made sure our food was prepared perfectly my mashed potatoes were perfect notwatered down like in the night time. What can I say ? I mean, it's a Denny's, great standard of service, great food, I pretty much keep returning for the Grand... Slamwich. If you like breakfast/diner style fast food, this is the place for you. 8/10 Read more
Came here at around 10pm after a long flight and very hungry. The waitress took for ever to ask for our drinks and even more to... take our order, which not surprisingly lasted even longer, about an hour all together. I ordered their salmon with zucchini andpotatoes. What i got where rubbery and dry zucchini, potatoes that were cold yet had grease all over them as if they didn't havethe time to even refry them with the 30+ min wait for our meal. The salmon was thinner than the shortest slice of lemon, whichwas dry and had no flavor. After requesting to speak with the manager the waitresses throws an attitude stating that everythingwas made fresh. When the manager came he offered no solution, not even to actually make the dish fresh, he just gave an attitudeand claimed the same lie her hostess said, after we had seen them talking before he approached us. He then snatched the plateaway leaving me with no dinner. After the interaction and everyone else had finished the hostess comes and in the receiptthere's a charge for the salmon dish i didn't even eat. Horrible service, if you can please avoid this Denny's location at allcost. Read more
If your unfamiliar with Denny's, it's a restaurant typically known for serving breakfast all day long. However, they have lunch... and dinner options too. This location was busy, but we were seated and served quickly. Staff was hustling and friendly.Bathrooms could be better. Read more
Had the best omelette here today!!!! Service was slow and server forgot to put in our pancake order so we had to take our... pancakes home. Dirty coffee mugs with residue inside TWICE but the best omelette I've had in a long long time. The PhillyCheesesteak omelette had zero fat, zero nerve, zero tendon just straight juicy tender meat. Didn't have to spit any of it outbecause I wasn't able to chew it. I ate good and I ate in peace. Read more
My visit was a great experience, we were greeted with a smile and were immediately seated. Drinks and food came out really fast... thanks to the dinner being mostly empty. Our server was friendly and kept checking on us often. The AC was just a little toomuch, I had to go to the car and get my jacket. Background music was just right for a calm dinner. It's a Denny's atmosphere...lol. Came in for late nite breakfast after 5 1/2 hours wait at the border. The server was excellent... and the cook staff delivered a hot delicious, always on point French Slam. Denny's coffee is always excellent. It is my go toplace for breakfast when I am traveling because I get good service and quality food no matter where I go. Read more
