It?s a big process to order just a pizza. You order your pizza with a person that does not understand English first, it?s a lot... of struggle because it?s hard to understand what they are saying. If you say don?t like ?no cheese? they tell you it?simpossible because the system won?t take it. But, if you call again you may be lucky to get another person in another countrywho will be able to accept your order with ?no cheese?. The way the company wants to save money exploiting people from othercountries is disgusting. I bet those people get paid very little. Can we go back to just calling Dominos around the corner andorder a pizza with the local person in English ? Read more
I fixed your problem ???? I too was a unfortunate customer by going to the wrong location. After waiting a long time, I had to... call the store to figure out how to get my pizza. I was told that they had moved and google was sending customers to the oldlocation. (Validating they knew their was a problem.) Since I was annoyed and I decided to help out this incapable dominos. Idecided to think of others in this situation, I clicked edit location on google maps button and suggested an edit. Not sure whythe manager or employees of this location couldn?t figure that one out? Papa John's here I come! Waited over an hour, called the store. The delivery driver lied about knocking on my door, lied about... trying to call me, just lied. Interesting she said she knocked and called, yet after calling the store and getting to locate,they said she'd just proactive call me when there. FUNNY enough, she did not call (AGAIN) and when she actually did come to thedoor, I could literally hear the VELCRO of her keep it hot thing. I live in a studio. This kiddo never came to my door, neverknocked. More disappointment in the lie and customer service than I am the cold 1.5 old pizza. Read more
Good carry out experience. In & out in just a couple of minutes. Please Note: Parking is very limited. I used the app on my... Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 9.7 tablet to pre-order carry out for dinner. We wanted a very specific pizza, a garden salad, a couple of20 oz. sodas, and cinnamon twists that I could stop by and pick up on my way home. It all went perfectly - the order and pickup time was done using the app. The food and drinks were ready to go when I arrived - just needed to be bagged. I brought my ownbag in for the twists, sodas and salad so I bagged them myself (Kiera [?] was very helpful and put the salad in one of theirbags just in case). I was lucky with parking, but I can see where it might be a problem. Parking spots are limited and theparking lane is tight. If you drive a large vehicle I recommend parking in the south part where it is a lot and not a lane. Allthe food was delicious and just as ordered. We'll be back for either carry out or delivery.
