Worst customer service?long delays. Never get an order in the oven within 29 minutes and then the order sits around for 30-60... minutes before a driver takes it. Have ordered from them multiple times as they?re the only delivery option to my address?and Ikick myself each time that I do. Read more

Horrible. No call no show. Paid over $50 for pizza and no one showed up at the hotel for my kids nor did they call me and no one... answers the phone at their store. So now we have to order from another store and I'm still out $50. Read more

Ordered online, says 10 minutes, show up 20 minutes later and order hasn?t even been started. Guy inside says ?I?m just a... driver, I don?t know how to make food. My manager is on lunch and won?t be back for another 20 minutes.? A couple minutes latermanager shows up and the lack of care between her and the other employee is extremely noticeable. If the online order says acertain time stick to it. A couple minutes late is one thing. But 20-30 minutes and beyond matched with employees that don?tcare?that?s unacceptable. Read more

ordered at 6:45 said it'd take 30 minutes. called at 7:33 wondering about my food, customer service was awful. pizza arrived ice... cold at 8:15/8:20. didn't say sorry or nothing , didn't offer a free drink or anything. straight trash 0/5 stars tbh. Read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Do not order from this Dominoes. They don?t answer the phone. They have no... customer service whatsoever. They don?t have any idea what they are doing. If you want something to eat you are better offgrabbing some pine cones off the grass and grilling them at the nearby on base ?hotel? which has complimentary grills. You couldprobably walk to Walmart, buy charcoal and lighter fluid to cook your fresh pine cones before this Dominoes gets you your pizza. Read more

Always takes 30-60 minute to actually get here after saying delivered. I'd rather be told it's still cooking than have to go... wait for an "already delivered" pizza. The only plus side is that you can fill a report for thus and get a free pizza after.Either keep bleeding money giving us free pizza or stop submitting a delivered status to something not delivered. ZERO stars!! Do NOT order from this store!!! EVER! I don't usually leave reviews but this one made me so mad. I ordered pizza,... wings, bread, etc. I Was notified it would be like an hour before I got my order, but they called me to ask so I approved it. 2hours later I still did not have my food. I called and was on hold for 30 minutes before someone picked up. They told me myorder was delivered to my neighbor's address because that was the order address. Not sure how since I used the app and myaddress was correct in the app and still is. Call disconnected. Talked to my neighbor and and found out that the order arrivedand they had turned it away because they did not order it. Dominos obviously had my correct number but did not call to check in.I then spent the next 2 hours trying to call the store to make sure I got my money back. No answer, for 2 hours, while the storewas open. On a Thursday night. My husband said when he worked at pizza hut that the did not process the payment in that case soit probably will not be processed through for dominos. So I decided to wait to see if the pending purchase went away. wrong!! Mypayment was processed, driver tip and all. I call the store on Monday and talk to the manager(who is not really working for thatstore, just filling in tonight so he apparently does not care)who tells me he cannot do anything about it. It has to be the gm.He cannot tell me when the gm will be in the store and hangs up on me. I have more questions so I call back. I want to make surethat the gm has my info to get a refund. The manager says he has all the info already and then hangs up on me again!!!! I havenever had an issue with dominos before but this experience may have lost me as a customer from all dominos stores forever. Thisstore for sure! The rare times our delivery has shown up, it?s been late and the driver very lazy and didn?t follow the contactless... instructions. However mostly we never receive the pizza. Once they canceled our order without even telling us, I found out whathappened the next day. And twice now, despite the website saying we would get our order within 30mins-1hr, they?ve called tocancel due to ?too many orders?. Save your time and money and don?t bother. We won?t be anymore.
