This is the worse dunkin doughnuts I ever being to here in San diego ???? their lack of customer service is horrible is too many... of them working walking around looking lost and unfriendly with a very disrespectful attitudes and nobody washing hands whenhandling food orders after touching their face, money and wiping their own face. I ask for my Large ice coffee and got a sunrisesummer drink and when I ask for them to wash their hands before touching my food I got disrespected and the manager standingthere the whole time. I?m a big donut fan. But this Avocado Toast looks nasty as heck!
Sad to hear the dunkaccino is no longer in existence but that being said they still have some pretty good donuts and the lady... kindly offered me a hot coffee with cream and sugar. Honestly it wasn't the same there was nothing about the coffee that said itapart from any other coffee I get anywhere else, the Duncan Chino used to do that ???? I know it's only a matter of time beforethey come up with their alternative to replace it because "snack coffees" is a thing and there's a few of us loyal people outthere that love drinking them. Been to 20-30 different dunkin locations throughout the country. This is the only time i have ever gotten non edible food and... coffee. Workers seemed out of it and the place was dirty as well. I will avoid this location like the plague from now on. Iordered my usual sweet morning coffee beverage and it tastes almost like black coffee. Donut was the wrong kind and there was aliteral fly inside the donut bag when i opened it. Hash browns where cold. Im so grossed out. Read more
Not going there anymore. We ordered large coffee, egg bites, hash browns, stuffed bagel, donuts, and avocado toast. They didn't... put neither bacon or tomatoes on avocado toast, and the avocado wasn't fresh to taste. They forgot coffee and asked what we werewaiting for. They didn't give hashbrowns. My husband didn't like egg bites (they not just didn't taste good, they looked weird)or donuts either. Kids ate the staffed bagels, those were fine. But we are not going to Dunkin' anymore. Read more
Had a fast experience, right order, but the customer service wasn't that great. The person over the headset might have been... having bad day or whatever, but he just sounded like he hated life. He didn't even greet us at the window or anything. Not aword, except when telling our total. The name on the receipt says Carlos. He had a butterfly neck tattoo and a tree neck tattoo.Also when I was ordering my coffee, i asked for 3 liquid sugars and he automatically put 4. When I said I only asked for 3, heargued back with me that a large comes with 4 that's why he put it. Normally someone would ask that before just assuming. Like Isaid, he may be having a bad morning but come on. Get someone else to handle the customer interactions if you can't. Read more
Honestly, I just think that the space is too small. I ordered via the app and while most of the order was right, I had to ask... for 2 items that were in the order. One of them was the half dozen donuts. As you can see from the picture, there's only fivedonuts and, no, they're not the ones we ordered in the app. Given that there was no available parking and the drive thru linewent into the intersection, I decided to just leave. I feel bad for the people working there, cause the space is way too smallto handle anywhere near the volume of customers they seem to have. Read more
There are no signs anywhere saying it?s closed. Only a cone in front of the drive thru. I don?t know when they ?temporarily... closed? but this is disappointing. Read more
