Let me start with the bagels and service deserve a 5 star rating but the fact that we couldn?t eat inside due to ?Covid? issues... was very disappointing - I do believe we have passed the stage of this type of restriction. Well judging from other reviews there is no middle ground. Either you hate this place or you like it. I just happen to like it.... I've had their bagel sandwiches on more than one occasion and they have yet to be skimpy. Wide selection of bagels but thisplace gets a lot of foot traffic so get there early so they don't run out of your favorite. I've had nothing but pleasantinteractions with the employees even when they seem rushed. The only thing I don't like it that you have to take it to gobecause indoor dining has not opened up yet. At least it wasn't 2 weeks ago. I go there in the morning mostly for a baker'sdozen to take to work or on the weekend for myself. I've taken bagels from other places to work and my crew prefers Einstein'shands down. Read more

Ordered some sandwiches and bagels. The employees wear gloves and you would assume that would be a good thing. The guy behind... the counter was pleasant but kept touching his mask with his gloves on because every time he spoke it would slide down. . Iwatched him touch his mask at least 20 times while I was there. The person in front of me had troubles with his credit card andthe employee grabbed his credit card and did something at the terminal with it, then touched his mask a few times. I assume ifsomeone had cash he would not have changed his gloves either. When it came time to grab my bagels, he still had the same gloveson and grabbed my bagels without tongs after touching his mask over and over, the register, the customer's credit card andwhatever else he needed to touch. I watched other employees touching their masks as they were chatting and making food as well. We were traveling back to AZ and didn't want to stop somewhere else so I ate the bagels anyways. Now my stomach is crampingand you know what else. Disgusting place. Read more

Love love the bagels. Yes indeed I?m a regular. But operationally let me ask something. Why do I need to wait in 2 lines. One... to order them one to pay. This at least doubles my wait time. Seriously figure out your systems. And please don?t somehow tryto tell me how this is better for me You get an F for this but A for food I?m here right now and ordered. No one else here.Then a 10 minute wait just to pay. Stupid Read more

I came here because I had a gift card. The cashier was extremely friendly, outgoing & very personable with the customers that... seemed to be regulars. Great atmosphere too, great vibes & reasonable prices. I forget the name, I ordered the lox bagel & itwas beyond my expectations. Going back again today to order it again.
