Food tastes just like any other Einstein Bagels, however the customer service here is atrocious. They never answer the phone... during business hours, and don't have a drive through like their listing says. Pick another location. Read more
First of all the staff are really friendly and this review is not aimed at them directly. I have been going to Einstein... locations for years and never had an issue. I love the potato salad and bagel dogs. I walked into this location and ordered aTurkey Bacon Avocado toasted on whole wheat bagel with extra tomato spread and a potato salad. The reply was "we no longer dopotato salad" okay, chips then. I proceeded to sit down and the dining room is closed. COVID RESTRICTIONS ENDED MONTHS AGO.Literally all other restaurants dining rooms are open. I received the food with no extra spread and they didn't toast the bagel.Figures... Einstein discontinued bagel dogs a few months ago and now the potato salad. Now with the dining room closed why do Ieven bother? I am out in the field working and just need somewhere to stop for lunch. The people working at this location arefriendly and try to make the best of it. But corporate BS or the franchise owner needs to fix the issues if they don't want tolose more customers. Read more
I was amazingly impressed by the service that I received. I was supposed to bring 4 dozen bagels to a youth event and remembered... an hour before the event. I went into Einstein Bros thinking I would be out of luck. Not only did they accommodate my lastminute request, they did it cheerfully and luckily for the people in line behind me, very quickly. I'm not a huge bagel eater,but I'll be back just because of the amazing service. Read more

Quality has gone downhill fast. I?ve been going here for around 2 years but recently their food quality is just bad. It?s really... sad to see because I used to love eating at this location but every time it?s something different. My last time here will be myfinal time unfortunately (not that they care but I do, it?s sad). None of my toasted items were toasted. My avocado toast so rawit was mainly floppy bread with spread. A toasted bagel so cold the butter on it was unmelted. Little was done when I brought itto their attention to add insult to injury. Read more
13 Nov 22: Had the Nova Lox sandwich. First off: food quality/taste was GREAT! That's about the only positive of this visit.... Presentation/creation was sub-par. Capers weren't evenly spread and it really looks like it was just slapped together. "IndoorDining is Closed". WHY? What's the point? Don't blame COVID on this. You had a restaurant with 12-15 unmasked customers waitinganyway. Lack of staff? Nope, you had exactly 5 employees working behind the counter. Counters, dining area, trash cans were alla mess. To me this purely screams mismanagement, as there's NO reason you can't have 1 employee on cleanup duty every hour orso. I've wanted to go here for many months, as I haven't been to Einstein in years. Sadly, it looks like I'm not missing much. Read more
