We got here at 8:15pm and they were already cleaning everything up to close. The cashier was rude and short with us. If your on... the clock and in customer service you should try to provide your best service. I shouldn?t be looked at as a burden to your jobbut a reason you have one. I went today with my family i order a salad to go , since my daughter and wife were going to eat next door at pick up sticks,,so... half way eating my salad i notice something black an then i realize that it was a screw i went back to the store to tell thegirl who took the order that i got than on my salad ,one of the guys from the kitchen even said that that i was lying , they arereally disrespectful im in no need to be lying and treated that way im really upset since i love eating here but i never comingback again at the end they just replace my order with few pieces of chicken . This is the best el pollo loco that I have ever been to. We got the 10 piece Fire Grilled chicken with beans and a loco salad... for 20 bucks. The chicken was crispy all over golden brown and steaming hot. The beans perfect. Wow this is a dedicated true tochicken place to go. Friendly workers had more than a smile but suggested the perfect Churro for dessert. I have never had amore positive and Delicious meal. All the toppings for a perfect Dinner. Been several years since I've been back to Cali from Hawaii but i couldnt wait to have El Pollo Loco again. It was just as good... as I remembered it. Fresh quality ingredients and very tasty. The best fast food healthy Mexican food around. I had the doublechicken bowl. Was amazing. This location is on the smaller side so not as pleasant a dining in experience.
