Update: I came back to add 4 stars. Food is good, always call ahead to order. ______________________________ Previous... review: I've ordered from here 3 times. The 3rd time, I waited 40 minutes for 2 meals, after they said it would be 10 minutes.I was nice because I understand that the service industry can be hard. I would give zero stars if I could. 1st off...I am a HUGH Epic Wings fan. Loved them for years...but this location is horrible.... They dont clean their food properly. Okay...I know its chicken wings and sometimes you can get a root from a feather on awing...it happens. It cant be perfect. However. I ordered wings today, was half way through and noticed one of my wings lookedfunny. Ummmm it was COVERED in feathers. I pulled some off not even realizing at first what it was. They are all over it. It isclear this wing did not get cleaned correctly. Which is scary...what else did they miss if they can miss an entire wing withfeathers??? I will never eat at this location again. I decided to come in last night regardless of the reviews. Great service and great quality as usual. I see a lot of people here... complaining about this place over ?waiting time?, this is not FAST FOOD. Wings/ bread are fresh. Funny how people are quick tocomplain but would wait at some drive-thru for 30 minutes and not say anything. Most of the time people complaining areexaggerating over a 10 dlls meal ? talk to the managers before actually posting stuff that really hurts businesses.
